    8 Chicken Thighs*
    8 Chicken Drumsticks*
    1 C Barbecue Sauce

    *cooked with skin on, skin removed before eating


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Trim fat from thighs. Remove tips from wings.
Place chicken skin side up on roasting pan with rack to drain fat away from the chicken.
Roast for 15 minutes, then turn down heat to 375 degrees.
Continue roasting until chicken is down and juices run clear, about 45 minutes.
Baste with barbecue sauce and cook for 15 minutes more.

Remove skin before eating.
