Introduction

This is an easily made pasta salade that I found in a magazine years ago, and is very popular at cookouts, picnics, oer just an easy lunch in the hot summer months.

To each individual serving, I add about a tbs of shredded mozarella cheese, and a dash of parmesean cheese.

Ingredients

*Tri Colored Spirals Pasta, 8 cup (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long) (remove)
*Bell Pepper (Green) 1 Med, Raw, 1 serving (remove)
Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 16 tbsp (remove)
*Hormel Chunk Lean Ham - canned, 8 oz (remove)
*Wishbone lite Italian Dressing, 40 tbsp (remove)
Shredded Mozarella Cheese (added per serving)
    Parmesean Cheese (added per serving)

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on the box, drain.
Dice tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, and ham.
Drain 2 small cans of sliced black olives.
Add the above to pasta, mix well, add the 2 small bottles of Wish Bone Lite Italian dressing, add shredded mozarrella to each serving as you dip out (if you add to entire bowl, this seems to make the dish get slimy in about a day), add parmesean cheese to each serving also as dipped out. Yummy for picnics!!
