Ingredients

    Canned light tuna in water, 3 oz
    Chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup
    Chopped celery, 1/4 cup
    Mayonnaise, 1T
    Mustard, 1T
    Relish, 1T
    Provolone cheese, 1 slice
    Low-Carb Wrap, 1 slice

Directions

Combine the tuna, tomato, celery, mayo, mustard, and relish.
Place 1 slice cheese on a wrap.
Add the tuna salad.
Enjoy!

    I loved this recipe will use it for lunch on a regular basis, very filling. The mustard added a nice zip to the tuna. I didn't have celery so I used onion for the crunch. - 5/20/10
