Ingredients

    2 tbsp shortening
    1 lbs ground turkey
    2 -14.5oz cans petite diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
    1 cup uncooked macaroni
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat shortening in a large skillet, then add ground turkey and cook until browned. Drain fat from skillet. Blend tomato, salt, and Worcestershire sauce with ground turkey in skillet. Bring to a boil. Add cabbage, parsley, and macaroni. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
