Ingredients

    Chop up all root vegetables, add broth and beans and bring to a boil. Let boil on low-medium heat until vegetables are soft - about 30-40 minutes. Place hot soup in blender or food processor and pulse until vegetables and beans have been pureed. Place back into pot and add cumin, salt and pepper, and chopped cilantro. Cook another 10 minutes for flavors to blend.
