Boboli Pizza Crust Thin Original (5 servings per crust), 10 serving
Boboli Pizza Sauce (here, 1 serv = 1 pouch), 2 serving
Shur-fine original premium country style sausage, 12 oz
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
Hatch Green Chile, 8 tbsp
Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 3 cup
Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
Basil, 1 tsp
Anise Seed, 1 tsp
Fennel seed, 1 tsp
Directions
Cook sausage with 1 tsp anise and 1tsp fennel, so that you can put it on to pizza (not patties or large chunks, just small bits).
Chop bell pepper into small diced cubes, and shred mozzarella cheese.
On each pizza shell (need two 12" shells), top with one packet of Boboli sauce - more than is indicated on the box, actually. One packet per shell seems to work better. Top pizzas evenly with mushrooms, oregano, green chiles, basil, and chopped bell peppers, with shredded mozzarella cheese topping added last.
Cook at 450 for 12-15min until done. Cheese should be a little browned. If you want a crispier shell, you can toast the shells a little before adding the toppings.
