Ingredients

    1 medium Cucumber, peeled
    1 TBLS chopped shallots
    1/4 C. Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1 clove Garlic
    1/2 Tsp ground Cumin Seed

Directions

Slice cucumber into thin slices and place in small bowl. Mix in shallots. In seperate bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.

Serve Chilled. Makes 4 servings, approximately 3/4 C each.
