    20 ounces of fresh ground Jenne - O 99% fat free turkey
    1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms
    1/4 cup of chopped green onion
    1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes
    1 large egg
    1 cup of panko bread crumbs


take ground turkey and mix with mushrooms, green onion, sun dried tomatoes and the large egg.

place the bread crumbs in a separate shallow dish

after you make your turkey mixture into patties, coat lightly with the bread crumbs. Fry in 2 tablespoons of of olive oil until browned on both sides. Top with a 1 ounce slice of mozzarella cheese.

Serve on a 100 cal Oroweat Sandwich Thin with fresh veggies as condiments
