Ingredients

    Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Halibut (fish), 500 grams

Directions

Whisk all ingredients and pour mixture over halibut and marinate for 60 minutes.

Bake at 375*F for 10-12 minutes. Or grill for 10-12minutes.
