A yummy twist with a crunch to the normal chicken bake. A yummy twist with a crunch to the normal chicken bake.
Number of Servings: 6


    6 4oz chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 cups PANKO Bread Crumbs
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1 extra large egg


Whisk egg.
Dip each 4oz chicken breast into the whisked egg then coat with PANKO bread crumbs.
Place coated chicken in baking pan.
Bake @ 345 for 45 minutes.

Combine fat free sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Pour over chicken and let bake another 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
