    3 or more bananas (mashed) (4 were calculated)
    1/4 cup granulated splenda sugar blend
    1/2 cup Splend brown sugar blend
    1/4 cup oil or butter (melted)
    (Land o Lakes light butter with canola oil used for calc)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    tsp salt
    2 eggs
    1 cup flour


Preheat the oven to 350
In one bowl, combine:
Butter, eggs, bananas and sugar
In another bowl, combine:
flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until the ingredients are blended together.
If you like, stir in additional ingredients here, such as chopped walnuts or pecans, dried cherries or apricots, or chocolate chips. A handful (about a half a cup) is about right--but will change your nutritional info.

Pour the dough into greased (non fat cooking spray) small bread pans and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 4 small loaves--about 32 small slices.

Cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan to cool. Once cool, they can be individually wrapped and frozen.
