    1 can of Fat Free Evaporated Skimmed Milk
    1 cup of Half and Half
    1/2 cup of very cold water
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1/8 tsp of Salt
    1 tsp of Vanilla Extract


Mix all of the ingredients together, when the Splenda/Sweetner has dissolved put the mixture into your ice cream maker, start your ice cream maker, it should take about 30-40 minutes to make depending on your ice maker.
