    1 dozen eggs
    1/2 large onion
    1/2 large green bell pepper
    5 slices Canadian bacon
    1/4 c. skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste


Scramble eggs and milk together, add salt and pepper to taste. Spray cupcake tin with cooking spray and divide eggs into 20 of the holes. Add chopped onion, green pepper and Canadian bacon evenly between the 20 holes. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
