Introduction

Bell peppers stuffed with italian sausage, cheese and rice. Bell peppers stuffed with italian sausage, cheese and rice.

Ingredients

    5 green bell peppers
    1/2 white onion, chopped
    12 oz italian sausage
    1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
    1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
    1 box rice a roni
    1 small zucchini grated

Directions

Brown italian sausage and prepare rice a roni according to instructions. Slice tops off green bell peppers and pull out the seeds and ribs. Mix all ingredients except bell peppers in a large bowl. spoon mixture into bell peppers. cover and bake at 350 for 30 mins. makes 5 servings.
