Introduction

This no-bake pie is great for hot summer days. This no-bake pie is great for hot summer days.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 no-bake graham cracker pie crust (9 inches)
    1 3oz. package of orange jello
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 8 oz container of cool whip
    1 tsp orange peel
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 cup boiling water

Directions

Mix the jello and sugar into 1 cup boiling water. Add the orange peel and orange juice. Let set for one hour or just until getting stiff, but not firm. Take out and beat on high for 3-4 minutes or until thick and fluffy. Fold in the cool whip. Pour into the pie crust. Let set in the fridge for 4 hours or until set. Makes 8 small slice servings.
