Number of Servings: 35


    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour - unbleached, unenriched
    1 1/2 tsps baking powder
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    5 Tblsp Butter
    2 Large Eggs Beaten
    4 Tblsp Milk

    Mixture on top of crust
    8 cups rhubarb - diced
    1 pkg 3 ounces of strawberry jello

    Crumb mixture topping
    1 1/2 cups grantulated sugar
    6 Tblsp butter
    3/4 cup all purporse flour - unbleached unenriched


1. Mix together flour baking powder and salt together.
2. Cut in the Butter
3. Add in the mix of eggs and milk
4. Spread into a greased 13" by 9" pan

5. Spread with 8 cups of diced rhubarb
6. Srinkle with Jello - (Strawberry flavored)

7. Mix sugar, flour and butter together.
8. Top the above mixture with this
9. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown
