    1 cup crispy pecans (or hazelnuts or almonds, or a combo of nuts); 3/4 cup arrowroot or bulgar flour (in this case, coconut flour and arrowroot); 1/4 cup butter, softened, or coconut oil (3/8 cup if using nuts other than pecans); 1/4 cup Rapadura; 1/4 tsp sea salt; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Place nuts in food processor and process to a meal. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Press into a well-buttered and floured pie pan. For a fully baked pie crust, bake at 325 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
