    1/2 Cup Egg Sustitute
    1/2 Cup Cooked Spinach
    1 TBSP. Light Cream Cheese
    1 Slice Fat Free Cheese


1) Cook Spinach in boiling water, drain.
2) Pour egg substitute into small greased frying pan.
3) Mix cooked spinach with cream cheese and cheese slice, mix until all cheese is melted.
4) Add spinach mixture to egg and scramble together until egg is cooked.
5) Slide into plate and enjoy!!
