Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1 cup soy milk
    1 TBS peanut butter (smooth style, no added sugar)
    1/4-1/2 cup crusged ice
    +/- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and voila!
For thicker smoothie use frozen banana and don't add the ice.
