    Bellucci Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
    Garlic, Minced, Fresh, Spice World, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Fit & Active Lean Ground Beef 93/07, 17 oz
    *Bush's Grillin' Beans Texas Ranchero, 1 can
    *Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can
    Tomatoes, Petite Diced, Del Monte (14.5 oz can),
    Garden Fresh Gourmet Jack's Special med/hot salsa, 4 tbsp
    Chipotle Chile Pepper, ground spice, 1/2 tsp
    Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp


Heat oil in large stockpot or saucepan; add chopped onion and minced garlic; saute for 2 minutes. Add lean ground beef or turkey. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes to blend flavors and cool slightly. Serves 6
