    1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 cup Cremini Mushrooms

    4 Cloves Garlic
    1 Veggie Bouillon Cube
    Fresh Rosemary, Thyme and Oregano
    2 Lg Yukon Gold Potatoes

  • This is definitely not Vegan as it has cheddar cheese and Worcestershire Sauce. Those are both non-vegan. You could substitute a vegan Worcestershire Sauce and use a vegan cheese. It does sound like it might be good. No directions make it a little difficult to try however. - 12/7/10
