    500g pumpkin, chopped
    1 tsbp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp cream
    3 cups cooked pasta
    salt & pepper


Coat pumpkin and garlic in oil and roast until soft. Add cream, blend and season to taste. Mix into pasta, serve with fresh flat-leaf parsley and / or Parmesan cheese.

Can be divided into 3 serves, each would be 2/3 of a serve as calculated here.
