Low cal and low fat Low cal and low fat
Number of Servings: 10


    2 cups Bisquick
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup splenda
    2 tbsp yogurt
    1 egg
    3/4 cup blueberries(if frozen be sure to defrost first)


Combine all ingredients except berries until just moistened
Fold in blue berries.
Spoon into muffin tins
Bake for 13 minutes in a 400 deg. oven
