Ingredients

    1 Fresh Avacado
6oz Light Tuna (packed in water - I use 2 packs of single serving Starkist Light Tuna)
    1/4 cup chopped onion
Hot Sauce (to taste - I use just a few shakes)
2 tablespoons of dill pickle relish or chopped dill pickles
2 tablespoons of ranch dip (I use Hidden Valley ranch dry mix per directions on back but with nonfat yogurt cheese instead of sour cream)
    1/4cup minced hard boiled egg
Lemon Juice (this is just to keep avacado from changing color)
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

This makes 4 servings

Peel avocado & remove pit
Cube avocado & sprinkle avocado with lemon juice
Mash avacado & mix in hot sauce
Mix in onion, eggs, dill pickles/relish & tuna
Stir in ranch dip & add salt/pepper to taste

This is creamy and delicious! It also makes you feel like you are eating something "bad" for you...but its not!

Serve with fresh lettuce and/or tomatoes!
