    Giant Lite English Muffins, 1 serving
    pb2, 1/2 tbsp
    Lucerne Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1T
    Splenda, 1 t


combine egg beaters, pb2, cottage cheese, and splenda...microwave for 1min...stir and heat an additional 30 seconds

toast english muffin or heat in microwave

top with strawberries (sprinkle additional splenda if desired)
