Introduction

Needed to use some baby portabellas and my brain started ticking. What a great way to get some veggies also. Needed to use some baby portabellas and my brain started ticking. What a great way to get some veggies also.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    -1 package 8 oz, baby portabellas, chopped bite size
    -2 cloves fresh garlic minced
    -1 C frozen peas
    -1 package (227g) or 8 oz Crab Smart Naturals Chopped
    -6 T hormel 50% less fat bacon bits
    -1 1/4 C Classico Alfredo Roasted Garlic sauce

Directions

--Chop your shrooms and garlic and then saute them in a medium sauce pan/pot over medium heat until shrooms are slightly tender stirring often so the garlic doesn't stick or burn. Add your peas, stir, then add your crab meat and stir again. Finally, add your sauce and bacon bits and stir well separating the crab meat. Heat until thoroughly heated and mixed.

--Serve with desired pasta (not in nutrition)

--Makes about 7 servings of 1/2 C each.
