    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 cans reduced fat chicken broth
    1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
    1/2 tsp. herbes de provence
    1 can cannellini (great northern) beans
    4 cups chopped spinach


Brown ground turkey. Add herbes de provence, tomatoes, broth, and beans. Simmer 5 minutes. Add spinach. Simmer 5 minutes. Enjoy!
