    3 cups strawberries, sliced
    2 1/2 cups rhubarb, sliced
    1 cup splenda
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar free vanilla syrup
    2 Tbsp corn starch


In a large sauce pan mix all ingredients together except corn starch and syrup. Cook on medium heat, for 10 minutes. Mix together syrup & corn starch, poor into pan. Cook for additional 1-2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat once desired consistency is reached. Serve over ice cream, pancakes, or cakes as desired.
