    11 ounces lean ground beef
    2 tablespoons of chopped onion
    2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
    3/4 teaspoon of yellow mustard
    1/2 cuo of ketchup
    2 teaspoons brown suger
    salt to taste if desired


in a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef, onions, chopped green peepper, drain off all liquids when browned, add back to skillet and add garic powder, yellow mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, mix throughly, reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes uncovered, serve make 4 sloppy joes sandwiches at 205 calores each.
