    1/3 cup oats
    1 egg or egg whites
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    cinnamon to taste


Mix and put on skillet, flip and put a variety of toppings!
Very very yummy and filling!

  • shoot! forgot the baking powder and swapped nutmeg for cinnamon. But I've gotta say it was a good hearty breakfast. I'm having a hard time finishing the serving! Liked it a lot and will make it the correct way next time! thanks! - 5/12/10
