Ingredients

    1 Bag Hurst Beef Flavored or Regular 15 Bean Soup Mix
    1 Bag John Morrell Diced Ham
    1 Cup Chopped Onions
    2 Quarts Water

Directions

Soak beans overnight covered in water. Drain beans the next morning and place in large crockpot. Pour 2 quarts fresh water over beans, add ham and onions. Stir. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. 1/2 hour before end of cooking, stir in the Hurst Beef Flavored Seasoning packet. Serve and enjoy.
