Ingredients

    Summer squash, 2 small (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)

Directions

Slice squash, onions, and cut tomatoes in large chunks. Cube chicken breast. Cook chicken in frying pan. Add squash, onion and tomatoes and chicken broth. Season with seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder, and pepper to taste. Let simmer 15 minutes or until veggies are done. When done sprinke with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
