    16 medium spears asparagus, steamed until crispy-tender
    2 c. potato gnocci, cooked according to package directions
    1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped red onion

    2 T. olive oil
    2 T. fresh lemon juice
    1 T. (at least) chopped, fresh dill
    1/4 t. salt
    1/8 t. pepper


Steam asparagus, chop into bite size pieces. Cook gnocci according to package directions. Combine with feta and red onion. Put vinaigrette ingredients into a small jar and toss well. Pour over gnocci, asparagus and cheese. Serve warm or at room temperature.
