    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) diced
    Black Beans, 2 (15 oz) can
    Green chili peppers, canned, 1/4 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 (15 oz) cans
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 pound
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp


Brown and scramble ground turkey in pot on stove. Pour off the grease.

Peel garlic and onion. Chop garlic, onion and celery in food processor. Add chili powder, cumin and paprika to food processor and chop just enough to mix well.

Makes 6 servings about 1.5 cups each

Simmer for 15 minutes until well mixed and heated through and veggies are cooked. Tastes better the longer it sits.
