Ingredients

    9 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    2 slices bread, torn into pieces
    2 c. mild cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt & pepper
    16 oz. turkey sausage

Directions

Mix above ingredients together in 9x13 pan. Let set overnight.

Bake at 325 for 45-60 min.
