    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3 TBS butter melted
    2 8oz packages of light cream cheese
    2/3 cup of sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    4 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
    2 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate
    1 can light and fruity cherry pie filling
    2 1/2 cups red cherries (frozen is fine)
    Optional whipping cream


Mix graham crumbs, melted butter and cocoa powder. Sprinkle in the bottom of a spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool while mixing the batter.
Melt the chocolate chips and squares. Set aside and let cool a bit. Beat the cream cheese and granulated. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy. Add sour cream, flour and extracts. Beat well. Mix in the melted chocolate. Pour into the cooled crust. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Mix the cherries with the pie filling. Just before serving, put this on top of the cheesecake. Serve with whipped cream as desired. Calorie count is without the cream!

    Sorry about that. I use between 1/4 and 1/2 cup cocoa powder, depending on how intense you want the chocolate.
