    1 can white beans, drained
    1 can chick peas, drained, retain 1/4 cup of juice
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tbsp tahini
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    2 tablespoons hot sauce


Place all ingredients, including 1/4 cup retained juice from chick peas, in a food processor. Mix until desired consistency. Makes 13 1/4-cup servings.
