Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Lb ground turkey (s&p to taste)
    1 can each kidney beans and chili beans (Bush's, Joan of Arc)
    1/2 bell pepper (color doesn't matter) chopped
    1 small stalk celery chopped
    1.5 c frozen corn
    1 can tomatoes
    1 large can (approx 3 c.) tomato sauce
    2 tbsp chili powder

Directions

Brown the turkey until no longer pink. Add the celery, peppers and corn. Cook until the corn is thawed. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili powder. Mix all ingredients together and let simmer for about a hour. Makes 8 servings.
