    2 c frozen fruilt (berries, peaches, banana, manogo, etc.)
    2 c 2% milk
    1 c yogurt
    1/2 c dry instant oatmeal


Pulse oatmeal in blender till fine. Add remaining ingredients and blend. If too thick add more milk. If too thin add a handful of ice.
