    20 large shrimp (about 1 pound) peeled, deveined
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 jalapeno pepper (stem, ribs, seeds removed), finely chopped
    1/4 cup lime juice
    3 T jalapeno grapeseed oil (or any oil of your choice)
    Salt and Pepper


1) Toss together shrimp, garlic, lime juice, and 1T oil. Season with salt and pepper. Then marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
2) Heat remaining oil in large skillet over medium to high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and add to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
