    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 12 oz can Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 12 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    (98% fat free)
    1 12 oz can sweet corn
    2 cups brown rice - uncooked
    2 Beef bullion cubes
    chili powder
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    minced onions (dried)
    Worstishire sauce
    Lawrey's seasoning salt
    Fresh ground pepper


1. Brown beef till about half way done.
2. Add seasonings to your taste, along with Worst. sauce. and cook till done.
3. Meanwhile, boil 4 cups water with bullion. Add rice and cook until beef is done.
4. When meat is cooked through, add soups, 1 can of water, and canned corn.
5. Pour rice and bullion water into 9x13 pan. Add beef mixture. Mix well.
6. Cover and bake at 350 for an hour or until the majority of the liquid is absorbed.
Serves 8
