    * Beans, black, 2-15oz cans, drained
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 3/4 cup
    * Onion, 2/3 cup chopped
    * Egg white, 2
    * Basil, 4 tbsp
    * *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    * *Dried Oregano, 2 tsp
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    * *Cumin (ground), 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1/2 tsp
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 3/4 cup
    * Roasted Red Peppers, 3/4 cup chopped
    * *Avocado 6 slices


1. Place half of beans in food processor; add bread crumbs, onions, egg whites, basil, onion powder, oregano, baking powder, cumin, black pepper & salt. Pulse 30 - 40 seconds or until mixture begins to hold together. Fold in remaining beans, corn, and roasted red pepper. Let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.
2. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Shape mixture into 6 patties (about 1/2 cup each). Place patties on prepared baking sheet; spray tops with nonstick cooking spray
4. Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until firm. Serve with avocado slices and salsa
