Number of Servings: 8


    2/3 cup Power Flour (or any wholegrain flour)
    2/3 cup buckwheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    4 packets stevia
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    3 egg whites
    1 cup plain, low fat yogurt
    2 scoops protein powder
    1/3 cup walnuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a square baking dish.
Mash banana and combine with egg whites, yogurt and maple syrup.
In a seperate bowl, combine remaining dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix until just blended. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for approx 30 minutes or until done.
Cool and cut into 8 bars.
