There are a million different recipes for this very popular salad. I love my recipe because it's easy and it taste great. If I am serving allot of people, I make this a 1 dish eating party by serving the salad with a piece of cornbread. There are a million different recipes for this very popular salad. Ingredients

    4-chicken breasts-grilled an cut into 1 ½“ chunks
    1-15oz can black beans-drained and rinsed
    1-cup green onions-sliced
    2-avocados-peeled and diced into large chunks
    2-ears corn-roasted/grilled and cut off cob
    3-large tomatoes-diced into 1 ½” chunks
    2-bags salad greens, your choice
    ½-cup BBQ sauce-I like Sweet Baby Ray’s
    ½-cup ranch dressing-I like Lighthouse in produce refrigerator

Directions

Grill chicken and prepare remaining veggies. Place salad greens in large bowl and add all veggies and chicken. Mix BBQ sauce and ranch dressing together. Toss salad with dressing and serve.

Makes 6 entree size servings.
