Ingredients

    6 strawberries, hulled
    .5 cup frozen blueberries
    .5 cup frozen raspberries
    1/3 cup skim milk
    .5 cup non fat plain yogurt (can use vanilla yogurt if plain is too tart for your preferences)
    6 cubes ice, crushed

Directions

Blend all ingredients EXCEPT ice in blender until smooth.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
