Introduction

Easty, fast and healthy! No added sugar, flours, or dairy products. Easty, fast and healthy! No added sugar, flours, or dairy products.

Ingredients

    2 Medium Ripe Bananas
    1/2c of slivered almonds (or your choice of nuts)
    2.5Tbsp of Agave Nectar
    1/4c of sunflower seeds (or your choice)
    1.5c of oats
    1Tbsp. of naturally more peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
    2Tbsp of Wheat Germ
    2Tbsp of flaxseed meal
    2Tbsp of carob powder
    1/4c of Almond milk

    *You can add dates, raisins, chocolate chips...

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, press into a 9x9 baking pan, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars!
