Instead of making a PB-Banana sandwich, try this version of Banana Bread. Using Peanut Butter instead of shortening or margarine, and partial honey instead of pure sugar. Ingredients

    4-5 bananas
    1/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    1/4 cup Honey
    2 eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 1/4 cup rolled oats
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (opt)

Directions

Makes 2 bread loaf pans OR 1 8x13 pan approx. 20 slices

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cream together sugar, honey, peanut butter, and bananas. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add flour and oats. (and walnuts, if desired)
Grease your pan of choice and spoon in dough. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
