Great summer treat for any time of day! Great summer treat for any time of day!
Number of Servings: 6


    1 can/15 oz pumkin (chilled)
    1 12 oz can non-fat evaporated milk (chilled)
    1.5 cups orange juice
    1 small banana - sliced
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    Non fat whipped topping
    about 2 dozen ice cubes


Pour into blender pumkin, evaporated milk, orange juice, banana and brown sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour over ice. Top with l table sppon of non fat whipped topping and cinnamon.

Makes 6 servings.
