Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef (90%)
2 teaspoons of Kitchen Boquet Browning Sauce
2 Cups fresh mushrooms (cut into pieces)
1 Tablespoon butter (unsalted)
1 package McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Tablespoons of Light Sour Cream
2 teaspoons Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 package egg noodles
Directions
1. Cook ground beef thoroughly.
2. Add Browning Sauce to beef
3. In separate skillet saute fresh mushrooms in butter. Add mushroom gravy mix and water (as directed on its package) to the mushrooms and stir until thickened.
4. Add the mushroom gravy mixture to beef.
5. In separate bowl, mix Mushroom Soup, sour cream, worchestershire sauce, and milk. Stir until creamy and mixed well. Add milk to the consistency that you prefer.
6. Add soup mixture to beef and stir well.
7. While you are mixing the soup mixture, cook egg noodles.
8. Service beef mixture over egg noodles.
Servings: This made approximately 8 servings....one cup noodles to 3/4 to 1 cup beef.
