    1/2 cup whole-grain bread crumbs
    1/2 cup soy milk
    1/4 cup walnuts
    1 large clove garlic, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/8 teaspoon salt


Combine the bread crumbs and soy milk in a blender and let sit for a few minutes, until the bread absorbs the liquid and becomes soft. Add the walnuts, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Process in blender or food processor to a smooth sauce with the consistency of thick heavy cream.
